Welcome to the new Ticket/Helpdesk System. This new Helpdesk system will allow both the end users and the technicians of the RichSmith IT department to manage support tickets more efficiently. This new system will allow you to see all of your tickets from an easy to use interface and will also have a growing Knowledge Base that you can use for common issues.
You will need to set up an account in the system which can be done two different ways:
1. Click the "Sign In" Icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen, Click on the blue "REGISTER" link and fill out the form. (I would recommend using your email password, but you can use any password you like)

2. Create a new Support Ticket by clicking on the green "NEW TICKET" icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen. When you create you first support ticket within the system, it will automatically create an account for you and send you a password that you can change when you log in the first time. To change your password, after you login, click on your email address in the top left corner of the screen and then click the edit button and click the Change Password button at the bottom of the form.
